Monday in Holy Week

Monday in Holy Week

The road to Calvary's next step today;

"The loaf of bread and the chalice"

These remind us of Jesus' last supper,
and that soon he will die for our sins.

With St. Patrick's day falling during the Lenten season this year, what a perfect time to take a wee bit longer for remembering, on purpose, the instructions he gave to the faithful using a three clover leaf. Therefore, the Trinity in all its grand splendor comes alive with the historical and special feast day, a time for green and Irish gaiety. It's not really just a day, it's an event to behold.

St. Patrick was the originator of
the clover leaf symbolism.

Fun reading. Lots of it.

My special pin.

Taking a "mommy moment"

An Irish Prayer

May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
